Slurrypro

A Better Slurry Pump Experience

SlurryPro originated from a firm belief that your slurry pump experience could and should be better. In response to industry feedback and frustration with pump and supplier reliability issues, SlurryPro was created to solve your downtime, cost of service and energy-efficiency issues from the ground up.

The core management team bring years of experience from the Australian and South American mining industry. This tough and unforgiving environment was the perfect birth place for a range of pumps focusing on superior wear life and reduced lifetime costs. We focus on the vital need to reduce downtime in our key markets of mining, quarrying, chemicals and mineral processing.

SlurryPro Horizontal and Vertical Pumps

The SlurryPro Silver series range includes horizontal and vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, all designed for use in the heaviest duty applications such as mill discharge, process plant and tailings applications. They are also widely used in sand washing and recycling applications, as well as in specialist areas such as difficult food washing and other abrasive processes.

Rubber Lined or Alloy Materials

For the best longevity and uptime, the wet parts are made from a material best suited to the slurry being handled. Depending on the size and type of the suspended solids, our slurry pumps are either rubber lined or have high-chrome alloy wear parts.

Reduced Slurry Pump Downtime

We understand that reducing downtime relies on rapid and cost effective parts availability. With this in mind, we have invested heavily in the stock of spares within our distribution companies, leading to the fastest quoting and delivery times in the industry. In short, if you’re looking for a better slurry pump experience, including superior wear life, reduced lifetime cost and ease of ongoing maintenance there is quite simply no alternative to SlurryPro.

Interchangeable Pump Parts

Upgrade with interchangeable technology.

The SlurryPro Silver Series pump and spares range often allows you to continue using your current pump system and pipe work configuration. This enables a step-by-step upgrading without wastage and with minimal downtime, whilst facilitating future servicing.

If you are experiencing unusually rapid wear on your pump's wet parts, speak to one of our technical advisors today. It may be that a change of lining material, such as SlurryPro's rubber lined pump volute or chrome-alloy could suit your pumped fluid better. The type and size of the pump, along with pipe system factors can also affect downtime and maintenance costs. Atlantic Pumps has the passion and experience in handling abrasive fluids and we want to help you reduce your pump downtime and running costs.

Improving the Slurry Pump Experience

Our engineering team build slurry pumps to your requirements. Pump systems can be made completely bespoke, to optimise your production output and energy savings. Matching your slurry properties to the choice of pump materials and components is what our design and engineering team excel at. Depending on the size and type of the abrasive solids suspended in the slurry, our engineers will recommend the best option out of rubber-lined pumps or high-chrome alloy. Speak to us about pump sizing, flow, volume, head and pressure requirements.

Always striving for a better slurry pump system, Atlantic Pumps offers several innovations to improve your pumping operations. Below are some popular upgrades and options:

Mechanical Sealing System option

SlurryPro pumps are fitted with expeller seals as standard, however for the highest level of protection from shaft seal leakage, choose the mechanical seal upgrade.

Centrifugal Pump Sliding Base

The SlurryPro Sliding Base with its hydraulic ram makes servicing of split case centrifugal slurry pumps quicker and safer. Just one operator can safely open the pump chamber without the need for lifting gear.

Auto-Lubrication Kit

The pump automatic oiling kit ensures regular and precise lubrication of your slurry pumps, saving valuable staff time plus extending the life of your pumps.
