British Gypsum are manufacturers of gypsum plasters, plaster board and many modern systems used in the construction industry. They first contacted Atlantic Pumps in 2014 regarding ongoing problems with their existing submersible pumps at Fauld Mine in Staffordshire. These pumps had been continually corroding due to the heavy duty nature of the application while saline content furred the casings. In addition they were experiencing long lead times on replacement pumps and parts.
