Atlantic Pumps Internal Sales Coordinator



Job Description:


An Internal Customer Service role supporting both Business Development and Operations personal and ensuring that customer response time and overall experience is exceptional. You will own the customers and look after them jealously ensuring that other team members don’t drop the ball. 


You will complete quotations for stock products, look after quotation follow up, order status advice and general after sales enquiries. Customers will quickly come to know and trust you and will soon be asking for you by name. In the main you would be the first point of call for incoming enquiries and would learn to quote standard product very quickly. 


For more advanced pump selections you would work closely with our Business Development person or the Operations Manager for help on product selection and then proceed to create the quotation. In short you are a helpful, friendly staff member with a ready smile that can be heard on the phone.


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this post comes with an attractive remuneration package and is an exciting opportunity to work with a small, highly motivated team in a rapidly growing business.



Desired Skills and Experience


•  Excellent telephone manner and enjoy contacting people by phone
•  Effective IT skills in Microsoft Office
•  Good organiser
•  Excellent people skills
